Refund & Return Policy

At Hamish Boyo, we strive to provide high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at mandy@sommere.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you need an exchange, email us at mandy@sommere.com with your order details and a photo of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Items marked as final sale

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take 3-5 business days before your refund is officially posted.
